Each board has one side ruled with horizontal lines and the other ruled with squares. The lined side has 6 rows, and the gridded side is 6 by 10. Used with chalk. These are a transitional writing material for guiding the child from tracing sandpaper letters and writing on blank surfaces to writing on lined paper. Helps the child understand the relative size, spacing and positioning of each number and letter.
