This wine is a blend of approx 75% Pinot Noir grapes from the Pali Vineyard in Sonoma Coast (Southeast corner of the AVA) combined with approx 25% Pinot Noir grapes from a vineyard in the Russian River Valley that we source from each year

So we are always mindful of our great grandfather’s philosophy on how to choose the right grapes and produce wine of great quality

and strong cheese

with bullish tannins

from a refreshing sweet strawberry lemonade or sunrise to the wild side with a salty dog

Panthera Chardonnay 2016 Bottle:12 This wine is a blendThis inaugural vintage offers yellow stone fruit aromas that lead to delicious flavors of peach, white pear and grilled pineapple. The gorgeous frame of fruit encompasses layers of well integrated toasty oak and hints of crme brle. Panthera Chardonnay is unctuous but focused with a bright acid core that persists through a satisfying, long finish.
