Before the final distillation is complete they hang the Turkey breast along with a host of Fruits and Spices to impart a whole new flavour profile to the Mezcal. Roasted Agave and Spicy Pepper kick things off before Sweeter Chocolate notes develop all whilst a Smoke undertone runs throughout.
