Victorian Coral & Pearl Band Add Inscription:No half man and half bullHeavy antique band set with red coral cabochons and natural pearls. Crafted in solid 18 carat gold, it's an excellent example of its type and the combination of coral and pearl and rich, high carat yellow gold gives is a distinctly Etruscan Revivalist flavour presumably a deliberate choice by whomever originally made commissioned it. The maker's mark EG is stamped inside the band, along with an 18 to warrant the gold. Era: Victorian, circa 1870 Ring
