Soft aromas of steamed rice and chestnuts, flavors of candied nuts and dried tropical fruit. As with all Isojiman items they take a full 72 hours to grow their koji, allowing for incredible depth of flavor and defined structure. The added alcohol allows this sake to maintain its structure and allow flavors to deepen and develop weeks after opening.
