Paradigm Cabernet Franc 2013 Color:Red Fermenting and distilling one ofThe 2013 Cabernet Franc has a purplish hue with aromatics in the huckleberry and blueberry jam range. Fruit loaded on the palate with a typical Cabernet Franc flavor profile. The mid palate has nice fatness from a bit of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. It has mouth coating moderate tannins with a soft finish. Will benefit from further aging but can be easily enjoyed upon release.
