Chocolate Mousse & Plum Cake muesli we have been trying toShippable (Pune only) We made a tart with these flavours recently and liked it so much that it's now a cake and permanently on the menu! It comprises two layers of ultra moist chocolate sponge which sandwiches a thick, creamy and luscious layer of Chocolate mousse. Hiding within the mousse is a tart & bright house made plum compote which is a perfect foil to the dark chocolate goodness. Just for fun we also added a house made feuilletine and almond
