'Halo' Junk vehicle shown here on a recentWhile shooting Lake Erie waves today, a sun halo suddenly appeared one of the best Ive ever seen. Its created by the sunlight refracting through the ice crystals which make up very high clouds (and theres also a very distinct shimmery "sun dog" bottom right).
