After taking the wine off the barrels we have aged it for a further 2 months in vats prior to bottling

Still-maturing whisky from our standard ex-bourbon barrels is transferred to quarter casks and left to rest in our warehouse just a stone’s throw from the Atlantic shore

Pairs with Rich Fish

they return it to the vintage oak casks so it can mature a little more

It captures perfectly all the fresh character of the Arran 10 year old with an added layer of intensity and fruitiness. APPEARANCE Sunset copper AROMA Dried fruits, vanilla, and toffee up front. With a little water a salty tang appears, with caramelized fruits indicating a depth of flavor to come.
