I believe this is post war but probably still fairly early

There are also a few specks of green paint and a blue mark on the handle

The edges of the pages are trimmed in red

It has articles about Russian volunteers ROA and American POW's, Croatia and World War 3(?). There were a great many interesting pages, many nice color pictures and some good advertisements. There is some damage on the back which goes into some of the pages. May ship slightly rolled.
