It is in decent condition with a tear on the spine and light wear. It has a few illustrations but is mostly text. It is undated, but it has advertisements with prices in Reichsmarks. It also comes with a Merkblatt leaflet on poison gas. There is also a typed paper detailing different types of gases. It measures about 6 5 8" by 4 5 8".
