The item is a silver plated serving dish with a rolled rim and the original silver plated lid fitted with handles and a gothic M monogram etched onto the surface

The lid of the sugar bowl has been designed with an almost y-shaped lid finial

This figurine has a repaired hand on close inspection as well as slight gold loss on one portion of the front of the dress (please see pictures)

The silver plate pattern features wonderful flowers and stems growing at the center of the design

The rim is decorated with an embossed feather’s edge pattern and the tray has also been manufactured with ball and claw feet

The dish is not marked or stamped. The dish has been well used and has age related wear and loss of plate. It will require a good polish.
