Simon Arzt Cigarette Tin No.70L tool There is black lining insidePeriod Simon Arzt cigarette tin. This was a Jewish owned company out of Egypt. I am not sure if it is pre war from the 1930s or post war 1950s. The shiny area on the bottom is where the tax seal was. The tin is in decent condition; there are some rust spots and small indents. It measures about 4 1 8" x 3 3 8".
