I suspect it was some form of early reproduction material maybe from the 1990's

There are two bundles still wrapped together and a few loose labels. There are A LOT of labels here; I didn't count them all, but there are hundreds of labels. The loose labels are of a slightly different style then the ones wrapped up. They show some storage wear. The paper banding them together is ripped and dirty. The label on the ends is dirty. Overall not bad shape for old paper. I am
